We are proposing adaptive re-use of the 3.5 mile long mega structure of the historic railroad and bridges. This will have net zero carbon foot print for the health and wellbeing of the surrounding communities. Bridging major east-west arteries in the region such as Atlantic Avenue, Metropolitan Avenue, Jamaica Avenue, down to the Rockaway Boulevard, this mighty structure has the unique ability to transform the entire region into a set of desirable neighborhoods to live and to work in.
