This is an adaptive re-use of an existing residential structure in historic Jamestown.

Surrounded by the great vistas of the Naragansett Bay, the new home is created with an undulating stairway connecting the two levels. The ground level is an open space formed around the new fireplace and an open kitchen. The living area consists of an interior room, a sunroom and a large outdoor deck cascading down to an intimate pool and a garden.
